Gwen Goodkin, excerpts from “Winnie” and “A Month of Summer”

Gwen Goodkin is the author of the short story collection, 'A Place Remote,' published by West Virginia University Press. Her stories and essays have been published by literary journals throughout the U.S. and beyond. She has won the Folio Editor's Prize for Fiction as well as the John Steinbeck Award for Fiction. Karen Bram Casady, “Diary”

Karen Bram Casady is a journalist who writes plays, short stories, and poetry. A number of her plays have been produced including two at the 2018 and 2019 Hollywood Fringe Festivals. She has two published collections of poetry. Other poems and fiction appear in several literary journals. Huzzah!   

Ben Goldstein, "Linda's Cat"

Ben Goldstein is a writer from Los Angeles, whose work has appeared in The Nashville Review. A current MFA candidate at Rutgers University Newark, he works primarily in both long and short form fiction, though he has been known to occasionally write a poem.

Mona Deutsch Miller, "Is That All There Is?"

Mona Deutsch Miller writes plays and screenplays in multiple genres. Two short stories and two plays have been published. She belongs to the Dramatists Guild, ALAP, LAFPI and Fierce Backbone, a theater company. Many of her plays have been produced in the Los Angeles area. She was on Jeopardy!

Michael Goldstein is a playwright, journalist (currently for Forbes.com) & 7-time winner of the Southern California Journalism Awards. His latest full-length play is THE HECKLER’S VETO, about free speech and its consequences on a college campus.
